I Killed 9 Not 10 Girls But Ask Police To Give Back My Money -Nigerian Serial Killer Tells Court

A Nigerian serial killer who confessed by himself told the judge in court that He killed 9 not 10 and the police officers should return the money they collected from him including his wrist watch and necklace.

“Gracious David-West” serial killer who self confessed as made it known to the court that he killed nine (9) of people charged against him and not (10) ten.

Speaking in court David west mentioned how the Police officers collected his Necklace, Wrist watch and sixty thousand Naira (60,000).

Mr. David West said, the 10th murderer charged against him wasn’t intentionally, He said ““My Lord, I killed all other girls in the hotels but that one in
Bendel Street, which is the 10th charge. I did not have in mind to
kill her, I only tied her to the chair,” the accused told the court
after the charges were read to him by Rivers State Police Command.

You realised that?, David West killed the girl but Didn’t want to, it was a mistake. He killed her though.

Nevertheless, the case has been adjourned to November 18, 21, 27 and 29 and
December 4 for hearing and remanded the suspect in prison custody.

The case has said to be a huge serial and sensitive case.

Lawyer Chidi Boniface said: “We took over the matter to ensure that the case is
prosecuted to its logical conclusion. This is a very sensitive matter
and the state should not be ignored.

“The people David-West killed are human beings and the state has the
right to protect the citizens and if anyone goes contrary, the state
wants to see that justice is done.”

David-West was arraigned before a Rivers State High Court on a
10-count charge bordering on conspiracy and murder.
